Guide Community – Our Vision
We envision a thriving, living, and breathing Guide community centered around sharing wisdom, warmth, and empathy to inspire, be examples for, and guide all of humanity.
While it is starting out as a community in the United States, we see this movement within 3-5 years, as a truly global community united by common purpose, shared vision, and sustained by an ever-expanding member base in countries all over the world. This community is dynamic and responsive, meaning that our Guides are able to quickly address pertinent issues within each micro-culture, geographic location, as well as key wellbeing trends of popular culture in real-time.
We envision it as a flame of growth, purpose, and love expanding exponentially. We look forward to serve more and more individuals, by helping each individual realize the path to their fullest potential.
Who Are Our Guides?
Our Guides are individuals called to the higher purpose of guiding others, along a path to their highest potential. Each person truly unlocks the intrinsic beauty and value of their own human experience, by being in service to others, and by sharing their stories to foster growth in others (and in themselves).
Guides are qualified because of their human experiences. We only enhance their natural traits of empathetic listening, resilience, and presence through our LifeGuides certification program and ever-growing community of like-hearted people across the world.
Who Our Guides Are NOT.
Although many of our Guides are licensed, and/or accredited in various areas, they do not provide professional advice, consulting, nor therapy while serving our members through the LifeGuides platform. Guides provide peer-to-peer guidance, speaking from a place of true empathy, having walked similar paths resembling our members. LifeGuides is also not an Employee Assistance Program, nor a Life Coaching service, nor a crisis line.
What Do I Need To Become A Guide?
- You have successfully navigated through one, or more life events
- You have the drive to help and support others
- You have time available for client calls
- The ability to see the potential for every human being to grow toward self-actualization.
- The Curiosity to find purpose & meaning while in service to others.
- The Desire to be an inspiration for others through their own stories and experiences.
- A Deep desire to join a community of like-hearted people to improve the lives of others.
- An ability to adapt to an ever-changing environment.
- A strong sense of empathy.
- A positive and encouraging attitude.
- Great listening skills.

Once offered a position, you will create your profile & begin Guide training
Guide Training
After you pass training, you can begin helping current Members
